Refund Policy

Subscriptions, rentals, and purchases — when a refund applies.

Subscriptions

Cancel at any time. Access continues to the end of the paid month; we do not pro-rate a partial month unless your market's consumer law requires it.

A rental is refundable while it is unwatched and inside its start window. Once playback has started, the rental is consumed.

A purchase is refundable within the window required by your market's consumer law, provided the main film has not been substantially watched.

A chargeback revokes the entitlement it relates to and feeds the same adjustment process as a refund.
