Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the controls you have.

What we process

Account data — email address, password hash, phone number, authentication method, and verified contact status, used for login, recovery, abuse prevention, and support.
Playback data — server-issued session identifiers, signed playback events, quality, device class, and country, used to run playback, detect invalid traffic, and calculate creator earnings.
Commerce data — plan, subscription status, rentals, purchases, refunds, taxes, and receipts.
Product analytics — behavioural events sent to Mixpanel and, with consent, marketing analytics sent to Google Analytics 4.

Analytics and marketing cookies are optional and default to denied. Required cookies that run your session and playback authorization always apply. Your choice can be changed at any time.

Retention

Raw playback telemetry and financial evidence are retained under separate policies: telemetry under the product retention policy for your market, and financial records for the period required by tax and accounting law.

Your rights

Depending on your market you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. Requests are handled through support.

Transfers

Where data is processed outside your country, transfers use the mechanism required by your market's law. A market is activated only after its data-residency, privacy, tax, and content-policy requirements are addressed.
